In this age of computers and video games there is now a huge emphasis on our children’s health. It’s a very simple equation that more and more kids are not getting enough exercise and are ultimately gaining weight in the process.

Matt Holland Fitness works with a number of local authorities in the Northwest region and has helped to develop schools awareness towards the importance of fitness at an early age (please see schools page). In addition to this service I also offer one to one personal training in the home or alternately with a  small groups of friends or family, again in the home , back garden or park.

Matt Holland Fitness also trys to encourage family fitness and again this can be done in a home environment with safe, progressive and most importantly, a fun fitness programmes.

Our philosophy with fitness is that it is better to prevent the problem before it happens. This is even more important with your child’s health and fitness.
