Matt has been working with Rebecca from Chorley on her fitness and diet since May 2012.
At that time I was having difficulties dividing my time between my family and my work where I work very long hours. As a result of the stress & tension caused by this I was struggling to firstly, lose weight , but also maintain a weight once it was gone. Unhealthy snacking was becoming normal as well as eating at very unsocial hours. As a result of training twice a week with Matt, my attitude to health and fitness is very completely different now 15 months on.
I have changed from someone who was scared of even doing any exercise to someone who feels confident to road run and exercise in public. I believe in myself a lot more now not only with the fitness side but also with my nutrition intake as I am able to make better, more positive choices with what foods I eat and at what times through ongoing guidance from Matt.
