Looking for a Ladies Only Gym?


It’s fair to say that many ladies, especially ladies who are new to training, don’t feel comfortable about going to a unisex gym. This can be for a variety of reasons. Maybe they are embarrassed about how they look. Maybe they think that the ‘fit looking’ people on the treadmill are looking at them. Maybe they don’t want to be in a gym which is predominantly full of men. Maybe they have had bad experiences with instructors or Personal Trainers in the past. These reasons, plus many more, are enough to put so many ladies off getting fit, meaning they then revert to the comfort of what they know, which often means little or no exercise, comfort eating and negative feelings towards their bodies.

At Matt Holland Fitness we treat every client as an individual and tailor our workouts to suit the aims and needs of each client. We provide 1-1 or 1-2 training sessions from our fully equipped Chorley based studio so you can build confidence and step out of your comfort zone without feeling uncomfortable or self conscious. 

Everyone has parts of their bodies that they’re not happy about, whether it’s belly, bum or arms, and with our help you will feel healthier and fitter which will in turn make you feel confident enough to take on all life’s challenges.
